On Wednesday night, December 6, 2017, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) experienced a network issue that impacted a number of our systems
Currently, the BCBSTX systems are back up and running but we are having some intermittent system delays. As a result, providers may experience longer-than-normal service times.
